Our solution

We offer the ideal mix between personal service and the efficiency of computer technology. In order to see how best to meet our clients' needs, we took a long hard look at how conveyancing matters are dealt with. First, we analysed what people want out of their solicitors when they are moving house, then how that service can be provided and finally how it can best be provided at an economic cost. Then we designed a system which met those objectives.

Our approach preserves personal service but also makes the best use of modern technology. Every case is handled by a team of at least two. One member of the team is always a solicitor. Each case is planned from the start.

At the beginning, we obtain maximum information about the case so that we get your transaction off to a flying start. Then we get on with the job, keeping you informed of all important developments.
